Introduction from Sgt Smith on the basis of why the meeting is being held and a refresher on the new Safer Neighbourhood Team concept. Distribution of progress report and actions taken from the last meeting. Apology regarding short notice of meeting practises have been revised the minutes of the meeting including the date of next meeting will be e-mailed to all parish councils and to anyone who left their email address with us.

During the summer months issues of safety for youths jumping off lemon tree bridge so action plan to be done for next spring/summer to educate on the dangers. More calls from the public needed to report incidents and we will have more patrols.
High visibility with more police attention to:
· Speeding
· Criminal damage
· Anti-social behaviour and bullying
Use of Special Constables to target certain villages and carry out operations.
