Chelmondiston Parish Council is custodian of the Village Green known as "Pin Mill Common" and allows a limited and specific area of the Common to be used for dinghy parking, subject to the payment of an annual fee and adherence to a Permit Holder Agreement. The monies collected are paid into the Parish Council funds. Fees are collected and queries initially dealt with, by the Parish Council’s agent:
